how my summer ended:

a trip to the Minnesota State Fair

baking Blue Moon cupcakes

spending time with my silly pup (this might be my favorite photo of him ever!)

going to the amazing Bon Iver concert with my dad

making homemade butternut squash ravioli with a squash from my garden (it was super easy: roasted squash + Trader Joe's honey goat cheese + salt and pepper inside wonton wrappers)

and, our big summer finish: Ryan and I took the train from Minneapolis to Seattle!

it was a fantastic summer, but I'm ready for fall: boots, soup, pumpkin spice lattes...it's no wonder fall is my favorite season!
